Free P&P on all Fingerprint Jewellery.

Delivery

Unless there are specific instructions in our product listing, we will use reasonable endeavours to dspatch your kit on the next working day after your funds have cleared. Your finished jewellery will be despatched approximately 2 weeks after receipt of your completed kit.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your gift please email returns@giftsinmind.co.uk, with your full name, your order number and the reason for the return and we will send details of our returns procedure

Unwanted products should be returned in the same condition in which you received them within the 7 working day period referred to in the conditions of use and will be refunded in full (excluding the cost of sending the Products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the Product to us.
